Greta hotel

Local bus 120 leaves right infront of the hotel. Easy to go to the falls (both sides) and to airport. Staff was extremely friendly. Good breakfast.

A simple hostel. Rooms are extremely basic - not table, no chair, no hanger or wardrobe for your clothes. No sink in the bathroom floor so once the floor is wet it stays wet until the next clearning. And it will get wet as the shower is open. Breakfast is good, it has all the basics but with the addition of a different, fresly baked cake every day.

Functional but needs some TLC

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

Place was fine overall. If you're looking for a more traditional hotel stay, probs not the best bet but makes for a satisfactory hostel stay. Breakfast was great, wifi was great, bed was comfy, the single room was very spacious, the cleaning of the room wasn't the best at all, staff was awesome. Immediate area is fine, Centro is filled w good restaurants

Rooms are huge and very clean but I do agree with other peoples reviews that the sheets need replacing. My Grandmother would say “you could spit peas through that” - other than that the staff were friendly and we had everything we needed to explore this beautiful area

The staff were nice enough and the breakfast wasn’t bad, but the room was subpar. Water stained walls, leaky air conditioner, shower didn’t drain and maybe the sheets and towels were clean but they were stained.

O quarto é grande, cama confortável, a limpeza é boa e diária. Chuveiro ótimo Quanto ao café da manhã, as atendentes são totalmente INFLEXÍVEIS, explico: Fomos a Foz para fazermos um pedal que saía do hotel as 6h - pedimos a elas se podíamos nos servir do que já estava na rampa, disseram NÃO, que o café começava as 7h. E se vc tiver intolerância a Glúten, esquece, elas não fazem nada para te ajudar. Outro detalhe que requer atenção do gerente é a cor das roupas de cama e toalhas, ENCARDIDAS, não são sujas, mas levamos um susto com a cor. Pedimos que substituíssem as fronhas e vieram quentinhas e cheirosas, porém encardidas. Um bom cloro faz milagres.
