Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

A estadia foi boa, os quartos estavam extremamente limpos, e tudo funcionando muito bem. Eu havia agendado entre os dias 29 de janeiro ao dia 2 de fevereiro, sabendo que eu chegaria no dia 30 na parte da manhã. Por conta de um pequeno atraso no voo, eu cheguei no hotel às 10h05. Compartilhei com a recepção a situação e perguntei se eu poderia tomar o café da manhã e eles foram irredutíveis quanto ao horário, mesmo eu pagando uma diária a mais. O hotel fica há poucos minutos do terminal de ônibus que leva às Cataratas, Itaipu, Paraguai e Argentina, o que possibilitou chegar aos pontos turísticos de forma bem fácil. Também existem muitos restaurantes bons próximos ao hotel. Para melhorar ainda mais, seria muito importante que eles olhassem de forma personalizada para as experiências dos clientes. Isso ajudaria bastante a fidelizar.
