It was a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely and cater to my question in English. Breakfast was great too. Good start to your day. I felt safe as solo female traveler in the area when I wonder out for dinner. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel.

Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

O hotel é muito antigo, pia sem bancada, aspecto de sujo, a limpeza péssima, iam só forrar a cama e trocar as toalhas, nem as garrafas de água vazias tiravam. A única coisa que salva é a equipe de funcionários da recepção, pessoal maravilhosos e a localização. Enfim, não voltarei.

A recepção do hotel é péssima, alguns dos funcionários estão no lugar errado, aparentemente não sabem exercer o papel de recepcionistas. O quarto é razoavelmente limpo, a equipe de limpeza é atenciosa, o café da manhã já foi melhor.

Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois estava com muita umidade escorrendo pelas paredes. O segundo quarto a descarga do banheiro não funcionava direito tinha q ficar apertando quase 1 minuto pra funcionar. Os elevadores precisam de manutenção, as portas ficam emperrando.

Já fiquei neste hotel 4 vezes antes. Antigo donos. Não gostei desta vez. Fiquei no 3 andar, andar mal conservado, banheiro péssimo, vazando, chuveiro não esquentou, guarda roupa mofado, quarto com aspecto de antigo, mal conservado. Faltando muita melhoria. Até o café da manhã decaiu. Precisa de uma reforma geral. Antes o estacionamento era incluso. Agora paga 30.00 por dia

Café da manhã horrível; Faltou energia às 15h do domingo e voltou somente às 21h, não foi na cidade a falta de energia ocorreu no hotel, que não tinha força o suficiente para manter todos após a queda de energia. Hotel com estrutura antiga, TV não funciona, poderiam reformar os armários que mais parecem uma caixa de lixo, as tvs poderiam colocar umas novas, modernas, assento sanitário que não estivessem quebrados, pano de chão no banheiro, detalhe super importante, no quarto só tem 1 tomada para carregar, as demais são utilizadas para o frigobar e TV, esse hotel é um caos.
