Excellent in every aspect. Front desk staff speak excellent English, friendly and informative. Hotel dinning saves us great deal of time looking for outside places to eat after a strenuous full day trip to see the waterfalls. We enjoyed nice Sunday buffet dinner there. The rooms are nice and clean.

If I were entitled to a VIP treatment, noone in reception mentioned anything. The buffet lunch wasn’t very good, a bit bland and with few options. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good and with lots of options.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities, room, and buffet/Italian restaurant were ok. Some other restaurants in the area, a nice mall within a 10-15 minute stroll. Located in front of a military camp, in the main town. It’s about a 25-30 minute drive to the famous falls. Pool is not as big compared to the pictures.

We were impressed by the service at every hour of the day. Even before check-in time, we could store our baggage and already enjoy the swimming pool and other areas of the hotel. The breakfast offers many different local and international dishes / options which makes it rich. The hours are very comfortable for both early birds and night owls. The area is safe. There is a shopping mall nearby, and restaurants of various cuisine. Unfortunately, there were some ants in the bathroom and next to the bed. Also, there was mold around the window of the bathroom. The bed was giant, but there was not much possibility to organize personal stuff, e.g. no wardrobe our kind of double room. But all in all: It is worth a visit - vale a pena!
