"I am writing to share my wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The staff members are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was also very impressed with the facility; the building is clean and fresh, and the rooms are spacious. Staying here feels like being home with family. Additionally, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you for providing such a welcoming environment."

"The property was very clean and easy to get to and from. The staff was very friendly. Parking was convenient and a nice breakfast was offered. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the noise from others that were staying. Heavy walking and children running up and down the hallways."

"We wanted to stay somewhere that we could have separate bedrooms and also laundry options. We decided to stay at the Huntington. We got all the check in instructions and it was easy and contactless. We loved the rooms and the home away from home feeling. We also enjoyed going to the porch for drinks. Easy parking either in a lot next to the building or right out front of your unit. We would definitely recommend this option and would stay there again."

"Staff was great Young man at Desk was very helpful and polite. Great place to stay. Pool was small but good for kiddos lots of seating spaces. Breakfast was also really good lots of variety. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy and eggs sausage potatoes and all normal cereal muffins."

"Roaches in the room AC doesn’t work police there left and right main lights didn’t work out were broken and the bed they put me in had a big old sink hole. Literally, you could see it before you ever sit down on it. Horrible horrible day and they would not give me a refund because they said no one to notify them of the roaches. Well, I tried to, but no one was in the office and then no one answered the phone so then I called Hotels.com had their rating call and they wouldn’t answer the phone for them hotel.com won’t give me my money back and neither will Motel 6"

"Good value for what you get, overall. Staff was friendly at check-in but we didn't see them often afterward, or at all when it came time to check out. Beds are reasonably comfortable, bathroom was very clean and the HVAC worked well. Our only real concern was the elevator, which struggled to hold level when it got to the top floor, and the doors briefly stuck shut once. Lots of kids in the hotel on our visit and they made quite a bit of noise in the hall, but it didn't really impede our sleep. Only 2 baggage carts, one full-size and one half-size, which wasn't a problem for us because the hotel was almost empty, but I could see it being a problem on a crowded weekend."

"This hotel is located in a group of hotels just off I-555 and is probably the best of the bunch, or at least tied for the top. The staff is very attentive and well-trained. The entire property was very clean, displaying three awards from AAA on the front door indicating it as such. Very comfortable bed, and the HVAC got the room cold and kept it there, just as it should. Our son loved the pool. The only thing that could have been better was the shower hardware seemed a bit on the bargain side, to the point that the shower head didn't want to adjust spraying modes. But that's a minor inconvenience. We make this trip frequently and we will definitely be staying here again."
