"Lovely pool though disappointed it didn’t open until midday. Drinks glasses (which we took to our room) were not cleared for two days. Iron didn’t work and I asked for a replacement. That didn’t happen."

"Front desk staff were nice and welcoming. No noise issues. Nice clean room, in between the old town and the airport which is what we wanted, since we only had one day in Zagreb. King bed was not as comfy, could feel every movement of each other, and the room was a bit warm (we couldn’t turn the temperature down any lower than 21 Celsius). However, it was an overall comfortable stay."
