Not the first hotel I will choose in the next time
Can experience every noise from the street as you are in the street. Totally overpriced. Completely different space with the pictures. Old shampoo & soap. No basic supplementary like toothpaste. (I wanted to pay but there wasn't) If you only need a bed to sleep & shower with the closeness to the station, this hotel can be considered as your option. 숙소가 없다고 해서 급하게 잡았는데 엄청나게 후회했어요. 일단 거리 소음 그대로 흘러 들어오고 치약이 없어서 있냐고 물어보니까 앞에 가게 있으니까 나가서 사오라고 그러네요. 처음 들어 본 반응이었어요. 기본적인 물품도 없고 수건, 샴푸 등은 오래됐고 시설은 굉장히 낙후되어있습니다. 진짜 싼 값에 어쩔 수 없이 이용하시는 것 아니면 최대한 피하시는 것을 추천드립니다.

중앙역에서 가깝고 숙소 바로 건너편에 식료품점이 있어서 좋아요 직원분들 모두 친절했어요 방은 캐리어 두개를 다 펼칠 수 없는 공간이었지만 가격 대비 괜찮은 편이에요 밖에서 시간을 더 많이 보내고 숙소에서는 잠만 잘거라면 적합할 거 같아요 바깥에서 들리는 소음들이 종종 있지만 심하진않아요 중앙역 주변 자체에 워낙 노숙자들이 많아서 어느 숙소를 가도 조심스럽긴 마찬가지일거에요 그래도 숙소 근처에 식당가 카페 dm도 있고 접근성 좋아요

방 상태 괜찮고 좀 춥긴했지만 못잘정도는 아니었어요. 다만 호텔 주변 분위기가 너무 안좋아서 밤에는 돌아다닐 수가 없었다는게 유일한 흠인거 같아요.

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Fenster sind alt und schließen nicht richtig. Dem entsprechend ist es sehr laut in den Zimmern zur Straße. Ich konnte kaum schlafen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft an der Nähe von Bhf, zu Fuß alle Einkäufe möglich, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer klein aber es war sauber, Bett bequem für 1 Nacht es war super. Dusche auch ok, warmes Wasser , gut Druck,. Gut Preis. Alles ok , gern wieder.

La struttura è abbastanza datata, a parte il primo giorno in cui i letti non erano stati rifatti, ne cambiati gli asciugamani e un difetto alla doccia( comunque subito è stato messo tutto a posto , appena avvisati) tutto il resto era ok, considerando che il prezzo pagato era uno dei meno costosi in quel periodo. bene la presenza del frigo(vuoto) e la colazione continentale nello standard tedesco. Male la mancanza di aria condizionata e ventilatore(problema per chi soggiorna in estate). Molto importante la presenza del supermercato Rewe di fronte, che vende veramente di tutto a prezzi interessanti.

Well positioned budget hotel
This is a budget hotel, as reflected in the price, but it's clearly in need of a bit of investment. The rather flattering pictures of the rooms belie the rather cramped reality, and some of the furniture and fittings were well past their sell-by date. On the plus side, the hotel is handily placed for the station, which is about 200 metres away, and staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The Hotel ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich im Zimmer, mit sauberem Badzimmer und sehr freundlichen Personal 24 Stunde am Tag für die Gäste. Es gibt einen REWE Supermarkt fast gegenüber und der Hauptbahnhof und U-Bahn Straßenbahn sind in 2 Minuten vom Hotel erreichbar, sehr praktisch!!! Ausserhalb des Hotels die Umgebung ist unter schlechtem Zustand Tag und Nacht von Betrunkenen hin und her besetzt. Die Straßen herum sind ziemlich schmutzig.

The staff here were top notch. Walking to and from the property was a little unnerving, the area is not great but the security inside the hotel was very good, and I felt safe once I was inside. Very good bread and butter quality living space-everything you need and nothing you don't for a good price.

Worst Hotel Experience ever!
This is the worst hotel ever that I stayed in. It did not have A/c or even a fan in the room. The hotel itself is located in a very shady area with lot of homeless people on the streets. The elevator could not fit more than one person and 2 suitcases. The receptionist told us that we should deposit the key with him every time we step out. It costed me $135 per room per night in June'2023. I was so frustrated that I checked out within 2 hours after booking a room in a nearby Hotel Hilton for $150 per room per night which is a standard classy hotel for just $15 more. Hotel Carlton is not even worth free stay. I lost all the money that I spent in booking 2 rooms for 3 nights, but I still preferred to check out without using it for more than 2 hours.

Hello,We are sorry that our accommodation did not meet your expectations.But we would like to draw your attention to the following:- From our hotel portal you can already see that our hotel has no air conditioning. So you had to pay attention!- There is at least one fan in every room and your room even had both a tower fan and a pedestal fan and even the reception offered you more fans. Therefore, your rating is unfortunately not true.- The elevator also fits four people and your assessment is not correct in this regard either.- Guests are asked to leave their room key at the reception when leaving the hotel, because if the guest loses it or it is stolen, they will have to pay around 150.00 for the loss. Therefore, if you leave the room key at the reception, you are on the safe side, because our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.Nevertheless, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Zentrale Lage, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und mit S-Bahn-Anschluss, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal, Frühstück in Ordnung, Zimmereinrichtung im 5. OG ziemlich alt, jedoch sauber. Sehr laute Gegend auch mitten in der Nacht.

Für den Preis, kann man halt nicht viel erwarten, waren eine Nacht da. Ist schon in die Jahre gekommen das Haus. Keine Klimaanlage, dafür ein Ventilator der allerdings voller Staub / Flusen, war.
