All the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious.

Went further than their work scope to help me, due to my leg injury..Greatly appreciate their humanity, I feel right at home, even being alone staying here….Bravo to this team for their wonderful work culture and dedication.. Everyone at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is very near the train station but many of the local businesses seem a little rough and only a few blocks away (on your way to the major city sites) are some of the worst city conditions (drugs and sex shops and shady casinos). If you can navigate your way past those rough edges, the hotel is worth the cost of the stay.

Their internet was not work in my room (624). Also the garden that they show was not able to sit. Only good thing is there are just 5min walk away from Frankfurt Main HBF. Do you imagine you stay in a hotel without internet? Thanks to hotels.com, they covered my internet bill and provided me refund half of the cost as a goodwill coupon. Also linens was smelling bad. I do not recommend you to stay here.

Conveniently located

Hotel is very conveniently located. Close to a nice mall with many of food choices. The roof top restaurant Alex was exceptional. A quick mile walk to the Christmas Market and there is plenty of shopping on the way and dining experiences. If you bring a vehicle expect to pay 35 Euros a day to park-a block away.

I really enjoyed my week long stay at Hotel Bristol! It’s on the good side of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is comfortable with every convenience needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed in a room with a double bed and also enjoyed breakfast daily in the dining room. The only downsides were old carpeted floors with obvious stains and an elevator as slow as Christmas. Other than that, it was great! Friendly staff who are available 24/7 too. I’ll definitely stay here again.
