This was reasonable hotel the room was clean and the staff was nice... The reason for lower rating was that the Continental breakfast really was disappointing. No selection unless you wanted a waffle which I didn't.

This hotel was better than I expected, because it was rated as a 2 stars 🌟, it was clean , quiet, the waters was hot and the staff was friendly and helpful. My experience was better than 2 star rating on my stay.

November house search.

All I wanted was a bed, a shower and access to restaurants in the area, and that’s what I got. Nothing more, nothing less, and the hosts were very friendly, gracious and accommodating!

Price was very affordable. There's no coffee maker in the room. If you need an iron and ironing board you have to ask the front desk. My only complaint would be you have to set up a hot spot through your phone using the hotels wifi to access the channels on the smart TV.

Like that you must have key card to enter hallway where rooms are. Double secure that way. Clerk was very nice too. We were told at hospital that we had picked the best motel in town. Convenient to Walmart, Dollar Tree and restaurants as well.Would stay there again!

This property does not have an elevator! There is a $10.00 fee for early check in before 3pm. The receptionist was helpful. My room was clean. There is no ice bin on the second floor! I’m not complaining but they should update their website to reveal this information.

Very positive comfortable stay

Very pleasant stay - good value for the price. Beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Delightful staff at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet and my husband and I slept well. I am sometimes dubious about economy hotels but this one definitely was a positive experience. 100% will stay again when I return to Franklin VA on business. Thank you hotel staff for your hospitality and kindness!

The staff was great and the heater worked excellent. We stayed in a room where the washer and dryer was directly across the hall and was in use most of the night and I mean from 11pm to 4am and it loud. This sleep was not possible. We just finally got up and hit the road.

The location was very accessible to the area. The staff was very courteous and professional. My biggest complaint is the room was not clean. There was pubic hair on the toilet and what appeared to be a candy wrapper on the floor under the desk. Fortunately, since Covid when I travel I bring my own cleaning supplies and cover sheets. I will not stay here again.
