The reason this hotel stands out is because it was just totally refurbished. You can still smell the new paint in my room. Apparently the Spark brand buys older hotels and then modernizes them up and redoes them.

Super clean room, comfortable beds with nice sheets and comforter, microwave and fridge, small coffee machine with disposable drip filter, 1st dog free and only paid $15 for the second one.
