"The room that we were in was clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Our room was comfortable and the staff were very respectful and helpful. The building itself was very odd. Part of the building is a rundown looking motel and part a hotel. I was told that the hotel is under new management and they are working to upgrade the property. The Continental Breakfast was located in an old restaurant attached to the building. I would give the breakfast a 1.5 rating. From the hotel, one could hear the trains during the day/evening though we could not hear anything during the night. The hotel did not have free wifi unless one signed up with the Wyndham rewards or at least gives them some personal information.(I have never had that from any other Days Inn or Wyndham hotel.) "

"I guess the pictures led me to believe we would be staying somewhere nicer. When we turned onto the street it’s on, the feel was industrial and downtrodden. The motel just in front of Comfort is lit up with neon Christmas decor… in March. In the lobby, things looked alright and our room wasn’t “dirty” but everything was “worn”. There were some stains on the couch and the carpet was matted. All of the bed and bath linens were clean, which is probably most important, so I did appreciate that. The breakfast was so sad. There was very little fresh fruit (aside from some little schoolboy apples), and there was no milk or milk alternatives for the coffee. We ended up going to a cafe for decent coffee and food. Staff was polite and helpful, which— again— is important and appreciated. I just felt the overall vibe was sad and far from what I’d expected."

"The room hadnt even been cleaned properly. we found someone else's gross belongings in the bedside table. There was rotting food, a half smoked cigarette butt among other items in the drawer. The room did not smell good and it was questionable that the linens had been changed. By the time we got back to our room after the event we went to and discovered this it was late and I was so grossed out i slept on top of the blankets and barely got any sleep that night. Was hoping the hotel would offer a discount but they said nothing and i was charged full price for that night. Im never going back there. Disgusting. I will gladly pay more money to stay somewhere that's clean and doesn't have brown bananas and stale hard donuts being served at breakfast. Very dissapointing. "
