“I reserved a room 6 months in advance, but upon check-in was told that they “don’t assign rooms until the day of” so they do not guarantee you get the type of room you reserved. In fact, we did not have 2 beds as reserved. It seems that the reservation system is broken as they should only book what they know they have. Or, at the very least, assign rooms first come, first serve. Very disappointing.”
