Dear Mrs. Stanton, I appreciate you taking the time to write a review of your stay at Diamond Belle but am sorry to learn of the issues with the fireplace. I'm unsure of why, even with the flue (I'm assuming that you intended to write this rather than "flute") open that the smoke still entered the room. Keeping this in mind, know that I will be passing your comments on the home's manager, so that they can insure everything is functioning properly. As for the cabin being quite close the road, I'm sorry that we couldn't convey its distance better. Expedia only allows us to upload basics like bathrooms, bedrooms, amenities, etc. but not a full written description. Keeping this in mind, hopefully your review is helpful for others looking to book. Outside of these issues, I'm glad that you enjoyed the cabin and found it to be clean and cozy.
