The hotel was adequate and very nice staff. My issue was the shower pressure. It was just one level up from a trickle. Maybe the shower head needed cleaning, idk, but the hotel should. If you can't manage routine inspections of the little things that offer true value to a stay, then you should quit your job. Because without guest, you have nothing, and you might think that people will just put up with it, that will sooner or later come back to bite you in the you know what!

Great 5 stars
It was great. Once you walk in there’s a very clean and modern comfy vibe in the lobby and dining area. Hallways look updated and decent. Room layout for my 1 bed King option was great. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfy even the little sofa in the corner was decent to put my things. Liked the touch to have a coat rack too. Will stay here again.

Bugs, refused refund
Shortly after our arrival we found several bugs on the ceiling of our room. The front desk was notified and offered to change our room, but then we found more bugs in the hallway. We elected to not stay since they obviously had an issue. Further, we went through hotels.com customer service, where they contacted the manager, who refused a refund, which apparently hotels.com is satisfied with since they won’t advocate on our part.

Every staff member i encountered was exceptional, especially Lauren, the overnight front desk gentleman, the restaurant team and housejeeping. Also, the food was five star. Thank you for excellent service and comfortable accommodations!
