Personalen svarar oprofessionell när jag frågade om man kan få varm vatten på rummet som tidigare. ”Det finns ingen gratis längre det kostar 34kr en kopp varmvatten till te,” och Har sämsta säng, mjuk madrass och kudde är helt platt fick ont i ryggen. Front desk borde säga till gäster tack för ditt vistelse till alla gästerna vid utcheckning. De står som en kassörska på mataffären och inte som service inriktad personal på hotellet. Mycket smuts som flyter på bubbelpool.

Bra! Men service skjerpings!

Alt på oppholdet var greit, men grunnet en veldig dårlig service innstilt person i baren ved å få låne ett bestikk til babymat, så får servicen laveste score, her var det altså ikke greit å få låne bestikk til baby-mat. Jeg tenker at det får ann å ja litt forståelse for folk som reiser med små barn, ville ikke hjelpe eller bidra til å si hvor jeg kunne låne/kjøpe bestikk.

For lidt for pengene

Ekstremt blød seng… Selvom de siger de lige har renoveret det hele, så tror jeg de gik uden om sengen… Der ud over var værelset sådan set ok. Men med så høj en pris, vurder der være mere at byde på, kunne læse mig til at de vil have 295,- for en 3 timers billet til vandlandet, hvis ikke man bor på hotellet… Wau det er pebret, og der ud over opkræver de lige 85,- Per døgn for parkering, og på afrejse dagen kan man kun bade indtil man tjekker ud og vandlandet er hurtigt overskuet, et bassin hvor dybden er ca 180cm, hvor der en gang i timen er lidt bølger en hvad der ligner en stor bruser, så er der sauna, dampbad, nogle varme boblebad en rutsjebane for de helt små samt en enkelt for store børn og voksne, det er stort set det. Alt hvad du køber på hotellet er meget dyrt, f.eks. det helt lille rør Pringles koster 25,-, et glas postevand med isterninger, 25,- En Københavnerstang koster 25,- Maden man kane i restaurationen var også meget dyr… Så det prøvede vi ikke. Alt i alt synes jeg godt nok at det var en dyr tur på 6 dage, kun inkl. badeland og morgenmad… Til små 13000,-…
