“Very clean, good facilities provided in the apartment.”

“Fully equipped apartment. Great choice in Zurich.”

“My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”

“The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay.”

It wasn’t a hotel, but a place that used something like an officetel as an Airbnb. I couldn’t get the key, so I had to wait for quite a while, and since the accommodation was on the 7th floor and the elevator was constantly broken, I had to carry my heavy suitcase around in my suitcase.

“Clean cozy and nice people. ”
