Very clean and tidy. Overall there was no problem, Just surprised that nothing seemed to have changed in 30 years. If you want a resort experience this is not the place. We enjoy the area and all French Lick has to offer.

Little dated. Hide a beds were bothe in need of repair but worked. The twin bedroom beds are extra firm. King bed was comfy. Some of the bedding should be replaced, stained but clean. Not a good look. It was huge, plenty of space for the 8 of us. Kitchen was great. We would stay again but bring some of our own stuff. Pool was super nice.we had the opportunity to use the resort next door but didn’t have time.

Property is very outdated and beds are terribly uncomfortable! The location is great and we were able to use the amenities at the French Lick Resort (pool) which was an unexpected bonus!

Property is well located and very convenient to the French Lick Resort. The units are quite spacious and comfortable. However, they are quite dated and worn and could use updating. The kitchens and bathrooms in all 3 units we rented were very worn and the flooring needed replacing in one of our units. All the wood trim and furnishings were badly banged up. Beds were clean and comfortable. One bathroom even had carpet and the entire area around the jacuzzi was carpeted and musty smelling. Although dated, they were clean. The entire complex looks tired and dated, inside and out.

It was a comfortable space. The units are very dated. Think 70s. It was clean however showers and tubs need updating. The unit was musty smelling.

We loved our stay at the Villas. The apartments have a really cool retro vibe. The pool house is fantastic! Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Will definitely be back!

Good value for the money. Property is very close to the casino. Rooms are nice but a little rustic. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. The pool is really awesome. If you check in late, don’t panic that there’s no one in the office. Just call the number on the office door and someone will answer and help you get in your room.

We love staying at the villas in French Lick. We've stayed many times and you can't beat the price for the amount of room and amenities you have. You have access to the pool at the villas as well as the pool at French Lick Resort. Yes the units are older, but everything is in working order and we like having room to spread out and a full kitchen. It's always our go to when visiting the area. I will say our unit could have used a little more cleaning, it was a little dusty and had some dead bugs in the windows. It may have not been occupied recently, but we still enjoyed our stay. Also the staff are very friendly. Its a great value.

It was great to have a full kitchen with all of the necessary cooking utensils. We enjoyed the fireplace and having control of the thermostat. Our unit seemed to have some water damage on ceilings but everything was in working order. We had another great stay.

Exceptional value. 2 bedroom and 2 baths perfect for family visiting. Lots of room , fireplace and kitchen with dining room. A sauna was a great plus in the condo. Indoor pool looked great but I didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Staff helpful with local things to do including use of Sheraton Hotel amenities.
