French Riviera, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur hotel rooms at the Madame Vacances

"The room was clean. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Promenade des Anglais, restaurants, shops, main sights. The staff was exceptionally helpful, accommodating, very welcoming, very friendly. Breakfast was good - omelet, boiled egg, fruits, bread, veggies, fruit juices, coffee and tea. Good to eat for 2 days but not on a third day of the same items. Good value for the money."

"A wonderful old Grand Hotel. Nicely located just across from the ocean boardwalk and with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are nicely updated, clean and a nice size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas retain 5heir vintage look and feel. The ocean-facing room we had has panoramic views of the water and is incredibly bright."

We had the King suite which was truly wonderful with balcony overlooking the sea. You won't regret staying here. Close to many historic sites in Nice."

"It is far away to walk to the airport, and taking an Uber costs significantly more than traveling from Nice city center. I do not recommend staying in this hotel."
