"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"We really liked the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were offered free water and coffee throughout the stay as well. We got the superior room with the balcony and that size was great for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and that was great. The only negative thing was there was very little soundproof, but that didn't take away from our experience. I would stay again at Hotel Aria."
