"Parking was awful and you have to pay $31 a night per car The hot tub wasn’t hot!! (Both) The pool was not clean No authority in the pool area or in the facility unless your on the main floor The room 605 had bad patch work in the ceiling Also the rooms heat kept going up on its own or resetting itself to AC The line to get into the garage was stupid!!!!!!!!! Almost same food served everyday Worst Drury I ever been to I think I will look elsewhere next time "

"Entry appeared clean - breakfast area remained closed off with tables and chairs on top. Front desk clerk was rude and difficult to understand. We had noted there would be 3 in our room however when we c hecked in the record showed only 2 so he was determined to see who was staying in our room and I paid for the extra guest. Our room only had two full sized bath towels and when we asked for 3 clean towels the next evening they were determined to have the dirty towels turned into them first. We asked for kleenex to be placed in the bath counter when space was designated for a box and were told they did not hand out kleenex only toilet paper. Only one bar of soap - no shampoo or washrags for the shower. Clean towels were the small towels not the bigger bath towels. We had family come by to visit and hotel personnel kept watching like we were trying to do something illegal. Never again will we stay there!!!!"

"Staff wasn’t very welcoming, seemed a bit short and irritated during check in. The room was nice and clean, however, we did find a big bug in our room later that night. We checked to see if any other bugs were in sight but we didn’t find any, thank goodness. We called the front desk and let them know about the bug. They came to the room right away and was very apologetic and offered to switch our room (which was appreciated), but we were exhausted from an extended drive and a bday party. "
