"I’ve traveled to many places around the world, and this hotel gave me one of the best check-in experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the process smooth and easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to go sightseeing, with many attractions nearby and easy to get to. The hotel itself shows some wear, which is understandable for a property in such a busy area, but it didn’t take away from the convenience of the stay. The only issue we experienced was with the water temperature. Unfortunately, the water never got hot and we ended up taking cold showers during the winter. Maintenance came about a day later, but whatever repair was attempted didn’t resolve the issue. Aside from that inconvenience, the staff were very courteous and helpful during our stay."

"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."

"The stay was overall decent, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms felt a bit outdated and could definitely benefit from some updates. Housekeeping also could have paid closer attention to detail in certain areas, as a few spots were missed. The bathroom lighting was quite poor, which made getting ready difficult. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the coffee was a nice bonus in the morning. With some updates and better attention to cleaning details, this hotel could easily provide a better overall experience."

"The hotel is very nice and unique. It offers many services such as a lounge, restaurant, bar, and complimentary wine. The staff are friendly, and it is located next to Independence Hall and a few blocks away from bars, restaurants, and other nightlife activities."
