旅館名が温泉旅館となっていたので、温泉なのかと思い込んでいたが温泉ではなくて残念だった。 三人での申込みのつもりであったが、小学高学年の子どもは無料扱いとなり、スリッパお布団タオルアメニティ朝食全て1名分足りない状態であり、不便があった。 案内があったかは不明。

スタッフは親切で丁寧でとても好感が持てました。お風呂もとても良かったです。 残念な点は、 ・朝はお風呂に入れない ・トイレにウォシュレットが付いていない ・歯ブラシの袋や、歯磨きペーストを開けるのに苦労した という所です。

他の方の口コミを読んだうえで利用しましたが、全体的にとても満足できる滞在でした。周辺の宿と比べても、朝食付きで比較的きれいなお部屋に泊まれ、さらに温泉まで利用できることを考えると、かなりリーズナブルだと思います。 お風呂の利用時間についても、特に「絶対に朝風呂に入りたい」というわけではなかったので、不便は感じませんでした。お湯の温度も、熱すぎるお風呂が苦手な私にはちょうど良かったです。 ただ、女風呂の露天風呂はかなり冷たく入れないほどだった。また、水圧も弱めだったようです。 それでも、子どもたちは「また来たい！」と口をそろえて言っており、家族全員で楽しく過ごせました。

客室は清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフは明るくて好印象。駅からはやや遠いが、開花した桜並木が綺麗で苦にならなかったです。掛け布団が小さくて足が寒かったです。

3日間お世話になりました。スタッフの方も優しく、居心地がよかったです。温泉もあり、貸切状態で子供たちとゆっくり入れました。朝ごはんの時間に大幅に遅れてしまったので諦めかけていたら、とっておいて頂いたみたいで、冷めてしまってるけどよかったら、と対応してくださいました。また来年お世話になりたいと思います。

悪くない。だが、壁が薄い。

中国人の方の経営のようでしたが、サービスには不満はありませんでした。特に若い男性のスタッフは腰が低くて好印象でした。コーヒーも淹れてくれてサービス精神バッチリです。 ただ、露天風呂の温度が低くて寒かったです。 また、朝4時半くらいに隣の男性が起きて、大きな声で奥さんらしき人に話しまくりだしたのが非常にうるさかったです。壁が薄いのは仕方ないけど、なんとかならないものですかね？

朝食は醤油を使わない方が無難です。

フロントの女性が日本人ではなかったので、「もしや買い取られたのでは？」と思いましたが、経営者は日本人でした。一人で泊まりましたが、良い旅館でした。朝食の味付けは濃いです。

従業員も外国人でインバウンド寄りの温泉旅館ですね。 部屋は一般的な和室で十分綺麗で、浴室はリフォーム済みでしょうか、特に綺麗でした。 24時間では有りませんが、大浴場も不満なし。
