If you have a car the place is very easy to get. As it is higher than the town the evening have 5 degrees less and staying outside for a drink is really enjoyable. Room spacious and bathroom have all what one needs. Would go back

とても綺麗で、電子レンジや、紙コップお箸などが充実していたので助かった。近くにコンビニなどがなかったのと、夜遅くにチェックインしたので、少々戸惑ったがタブレットでチェックインができました。従業員の方もすぐに駆けつけてくれました。また利用したいです。

車で泊まるに良い宿泊施設です。早朝、雪が少し積もっていましたが、ドアに横付けで屋根があったので不自由しませんでした。浴室が広くてよかった。

This is a cute little retro motel. It is well maintained and spacious for a family of 4. we were here in the winter but I bet the summer it is beautiful in the area. Lots of nice extra touches

車を横に停められるのも便利 信玄餅が置いてあったのも嬉しかった スキー場まで10分なので行き来できて良かったし都内から2時間かからず行けたのも良かった！ また利用したい

17時でチェックイン出来ない

アメニティグッズや、お菓子、ペットボトルの水の他、買ってきた物が快適に食べられるように木のスプーンやフォーク、紙のカップなど、とても充実していてビックリしました。 残念だったのは、17時に行ったのに、まだ掃除が終わっておらず入れなかったこと。「主人と2人でやってますから」と、当たり前のように言われて待たされ、不快でした。チェックアウトからチェックインまでの時間が短すぎるんじゃないでしょうか。

We thought the value for money was excellent ... the booking and checking in was all good, and the room was perfect for a short stay for a couple. It's a little bit out of the way, but that works fine if you have a car, and the parking is under cover right next to the room.

酒店前台完全沒有我幫手check in，員工也不懂英語，入住前的電郵也沒有說明check in 用的資料，只是check in 就用了很多時間。我們今次訂了兩間房間，當中的房間非常殘舊，好多塵，被窩感覺上完全沒有更換。其中一間房間入邊的布藝梳化，全是污垢，我們這兩天完全沒有坐過！
