Sehr schlechter Service seitens der Rezeption / des Managements, mittelmäßiges Essen und sehr gute Zimmer. Wir hatten mehrfach Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Im Restaurant wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Cappuccino 2,50 € kostet, tatsächlich waren es beim Check-out 4 €. Entschuldigungen oder ein Entgegenkommen gab es dafür nicht. Insgesamt haben wir alle noch nie in Hotel erlebt in dem die Rezeption / das Management schlechter mit Kritik umgeht. Man hat uns mehrfach das Gefühl gegeben, dass der Fehler bei uns liegt oder das wir uns Dinge ausdenken. Das Essen ist nicht gut. Es gibt trotz Themenabenden wenig Abwechslung und sehr viel Fleisch und Fisch. Für Vegetarier gibt es praktisch nur Beilagen, Salat und hin und wieder mal ein warmes Hauptgericht. Speisen sind nicht als vegetarisch gekennzeichnet. Mehrfach waren Gerichte wie Teigtaschen plötzlich nicht mehr vegetarisch und statt Käse-Lauch war es Käse-Lauch-Bacon Teigtaschen. Abends gab es sehr viel Dosenobst. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder und können das Hotel aus Basis unserer Erfahrung nicht empfehlen. Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels, in denen man sich mehr um eine gute Erfahrung der Gäste bemüht.

Toppen hotell!

Fantastisk hotell, toppen för en familj. Toppen service. Lika fint som på bilderna, både pool och bubbelpool. Buffé på morgonen var toppen, mycket att välja på. Buffén på kvällen var inte lika bra men det fanns alltid ngt att välja som man kunde äta.

Relativement parfait. L’hébergement au top, personnel très attentif et disponible, infrastructure très propre, accès facile, calme, restauration de qualité. Dommage pour le petit manque d’intimité dans les villas au niveau des vis-à-vis avec les voisins. Dommage également vu le standing de l’établissement et vu le prix que les dosettes de café complémentaires au stock de départ (6 au total pour une semaine pour la villa) soient payantes. Très bonne expérience. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour à Fuerteventura.

Großzügiges Apartment mit durchdachter Architektur in gepflegter Anlage. Sehr nettes Personal. Keine Mängel bei der Essensauswahl oder -qualität. Kapselmaschine für sämtlichen Kaffee im Frühstücksrestaurant sehr aufwändig und nicht sehr umweltfreundlich.

Ich verließ das Bahiazul leider ein wenig zwiegespalten. Einerseits ist die Anlage sehr sauber, die Villen sind wunderschön und auch das Wetter hat perfekt gepasst. Die Reinigung (alle vier Tage) funktionierte auch tadellos. Andererseits habe ich meine erhoffte Ruhe leider nicht immer finden können. Die Anlage ist sehr groß (schätze 100-150 Villen für je vier bis sechs Personen). Die Architektur der Villen ist so, dass die Akustik aller Nachbarn "perfekt" übertragen wird. So hat man also Spaß mit der Jungstruppe die den ganzen Tag Bier trinkt, lautstark diskutiert und ihren Musikgeschmack weiterträgt. Hier hätte - beim Auszug darauf angesprochen - die Rezeption helfen können. In einem anderen Nachbarhaus fand Freitagabends eine große, laute und lange Party mit vielen Teilnehmern statt. Da nicht alle Villen der Anlage zum Bahiazul Hotel gehören, kann die Rezeption hier explizit nicht helfen. Darüber hinaus wurden Coronamaßnahmen nur äußerst halbherzig gelebt. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant hatte beim Mundschutz meistens die Nase frei. Desinfektionsmittel gab es nicht an allen Buffetbereichen und Hygienemuffel wurden nicht angesprochen. Nach der leidigen Coronazeit wird aber dieser Punkt hinfällig werden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, vielleicht würde ich - nach Corona - auch wiederkommen und hoffen, mehr Glück mit den Nachbarn zu haben.

mooi huisje met alle comfort , ideaal met zwembad(je) erbij toprestaurant , ideale ligging met supermarkt op 200 meter resort is super netjes geen enkel minpunt te benoemen

Der eigene Pool ist genial - die Villa für 2 Personen absolut perfekt - das Bett leider nicht so bequem und sehr schmal - TV Programme trotz Satellitenempfang sehr spanisch lastig - Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer und abwechslungsreichen Auswahl - das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Diese Anlage ist unbeschreiblich. Schon beim Check-In wird man super freundlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und professionell. Unsere Villa war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr gut geschult ohne zu steif zu sein. Wir hatte eine wunderbare Zeit und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Everything was so clean and well maintained - the staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities were brilliant and as it was a villa we were able to do a 5 minute walk to an excellent supermarket which had lovely fresh produce, and prepare our own food. It was also very quiet yet only a 5 minute 5 euro taxi ride to the town or a 30 minute easy walk.
