The room we had is not properly cleaned got hair on the bathroom when we got there. The bed has bedbugs biting our feet. The staff is not even accommodating.

Front desk didn't perform thteir duty. After we checkout, they refused to book taxi for us to airport and told us to get a taxi on the street. Luckily the Japanese staff working in the hotel cafe manage to book a taxi for us. No bottle water, tea bag and ibstant coffe provided in the room.

お部屋は清潔ですしスタッフも良かったです。何より乾燥している時期に加湿器があったのが嬉しかったです。 ただ、上の階が滞在中2日間、夜中2時よりも遅くまでドンドン謎の音がうるさく、注意喚起をもう少ししていただけるとありがたいと思いました。

立地も良く建物内にカフェもあり、かなり便利だとは思いましたが、正直、お部屋がかなり不衛生な環境でした。 喫煙可能なお部屋という事もあったとは思いますが、カーテンは触るのも躊躇する程汚れており、エアコンはつけた瞬間からかなり強烈な匂いがし、真冬で寒い中、暖房付けずに過ごし、体調が悪くなりました。 ベッドもシーツの上に髪の毛が数本落ちていたり... とても安価で宿泊させて頂きましたが、清掃は怠って欲しくはなかったかなぁ。 バスルーム内だけはある程度綺麗でした。是非、清掃を見直して頂きたいです。カーテンは洗いましょう。レースカーテンがヤニと埃でまっ茶色でしたよ？客室ですよね？洗いましょう？

博多駅　筑紫口から直進（徒歩10分）1回右にまがるだけでわかりやすい。 ホテル周辺もスーパー、コンビニあって便利。 お部屋もとっても快適でした。 また福岡行く時には利用したいです。

車椅子の方も泊まれる部屋？ ペットが同伴出来るお部屋で予約しましたが、今まで見た事がない、多目的トイレ？みたいな広すぎる洗面室＆バスタブが一緒になった設備でした。 部屋も今までいくつか泊まったリブマックスのペットOK部屋よりかなり広かったのでスーツケースを広げても余裕でした。立地が素晴らしく部屋も広くて快適。チェックイン、アウトのフロントは日本人が1人もいませんでしたが問題なし。
