we like this hotel as it provide excellent service during out stays , they clean /changed towel and bedsheet daily , offer bread + drink from 7-11am from lobby, we love this hotel.

Rooms are a bit dated and you can tell the hotel has been well loved. But the location is great, the staff are very nice, and the price is also very fair.

가족여행에 강추합니다.

처음부터 끝까지 최고의 여행이었습니다. 가족 1인이 추가될 수 있는 상황이라 메세지를 많이 보내게 되었는데 프론트에 계신 분께서 빠른 답신을 주셨었는데 체크인 할 때 제가 메세지를 드렸던 직원입니다. 하면서 인사주셨는데 너무 반가웠습니다. 운이 좋게 방이 미리 청소되어있었다고 하셔서 이른 체크인도 가능했습니다. 영어를 못하시는 것 같았는데 일본어로도 충분히 소통이 가능하였고, 저희집 아이들도 안내를 다 알아들었다고 합니다. 언어는 참 신기합니다. ^^ 카드키가 아닌 열쇠인데 그것조차 너무 감성있었고, 다다미방에 바닥에서 자는게 너무 허리아프지 않을까 걱정했는데 그부분도 전혀 무리가 없었습니다. 방은 넓고, 욕실은 편하고, 키친도 좋았습니다. 아침에 마실 수 있는 커피도 너무 좋았어요. 주변에 sunny 마트에 가서 와규사다가 고기도 구워먹었습니다. 방음에 대한 부분이 문제가 있긴 했는데 후쿠오카 여행 특성상 워낙 많이 걷고 돌아다니다 보니 '소음이 들린다....' 고 생각하면서 아주 잘 잤습니다. 주변에 유명한 우동 맛집이 있는데, 정말 맛있고 친절하시고요. 역이 아주 가깝거나 공항과 연결성이 좋은 것은 아니지만 어차피 택시로 이동을 많이 할 상황이었어서 여러모로 최고의 숙소였습니다. 아참 마지막으로 암막커튼이 없어서 늦잠을 자야하는 여행객이라면 조금 불편할 수 있습니다. 저희는 버스투어 가야해서 일찍 일어나야했기때문에 이마저도 최고였습니다^^

아주아주 솔직한 후기

평소 청소를 구석구석 살펴보시기만 했어도 발견하고 체크인전 치웠을만한 ”어떤 것“을 발견했었습니다 저는 비성수기 1박에 6만원꼴로 지급했지만 10만원넘어가는 가격으로 지급했었으면 정말 속상하고 화날뻔했습니다 사과는 받았지만 사과는 누구나 쉽게 몇번이고 할수있는것이라 생각해요 앞으로가 중요한것이죠 보이는것만 청소하는것아닌 매일 새로운 손님이 객실을쓸때마다 구석구석 살펴 깨끗히하는것만이 청소부의 일이라 생각하고 그런 교육을 사장님과 다른 직원분들이 철저히 시키는것이 당연하다 생각합니다 왜냐면 건물이 오래된것과는 상관없이 그걸 발견하는순간 정말 청결하지 않았거든요 부엌사용하실분은 식기.접시몇개있으니 미니수세미.세제 챙겨가시면 좋을거같습니다 그외 위치도 조용한 뒷동네쪽이고 좋았습니다 다들 친절하시긴했으나 문의사항이나 여쭙고 싶은게 있으시다면 밤보다는 여사장님이계시는 아침 이른오후를 추천드립니다 숙소주변 먹거리가게도 꽤있고 잘살펴보면 위치는 참괜찮네요 메모붙인 사진은 읽으실수있으신 분이면 해석 가능하실거에요 뭘본건지 적혀있습니다 앞으로 주의하시겠다고 하셨으니 이런일 다시는없겠죠!

The japanese room we booked was spacious and we appreciate that there's bottled water provides daily even if we didn't consume the previous bottles unlike in hotels where if you don't consume, they don't replenish or is a one time complimentary drinks. Daily cleaning was thorough. Unfortunately, because it's a family run business, the tatami had some stains from being soiled previously which some people would mind. However, given the price of the stay, can't complain. The futon is a little thin if you're not used to sleeping oj the ground but I'm sure you can request for extra layers from the front desk if needed. There's lots of highly rated restaurants just right on the stretch where the hotel is, but requires advanced booking. Highly recommend checking out this yakitori place (博多とりかわ 琥珀の月) Hakata Torikawa Kohatsu No Tsuki. Bar/high chairs only, takes up to a max of 8-9 pax. I reserved 1-2 months in advance with the help of my Japanese friend.

10박 했습니다, 가성비가 매우 뛰어나 장기숙박 추천, 방이 넓고(일반 비즈니스 호텔 13㎡ 보다 넓은 25㎡) 화장실과 욕실이 분리, 욕조가 넓으며 받은 물의 온도조절이 가능해서 유용합니다, 충분히 넓은 옷장과 옷걸이가 있어 편리, 욕실 환풍시스템에 건조 기능이 있어 세탁 후 셔츠를 구김이 적게 건조할 수 있습니다

It's a decent place to stay for a few nights. Layout of the room is more like a studio amd a lot more spacious than your normal hotel room. Laundromat is available and also free coffee and tea in the morning. While furnishings is not in pristine condition, its fine and you'll have a decent stay.

第一次住這種公寓式酒店，還是和式的，是在日本住過空間最大又便宜的酒店了。設備很齊全，比一般酒店更全，有廚房廚具微波爐，浴室也很大，而且每天都會打掃，雖然設施和房偏舊，但都打掃得很乾淨，唯一要習慣出入要鎖門，感覺像在日本租房子住那樣，晚上也沒聽到外面很吵鬧，入住體驗非常好了

交通方便但住宿環境不是太好

地點離地鐵不遠，交通算蠻方便的，位於烤肉街上，房間味道有很重的烤肉味，利用風扇排除味道效果不是太好且聲音很大，清潔人員非常客氣有禮貌；有小廚房，有炒鍋、湯鍋及幾個僅小盤，如能提供大碗或切菜刀具會更好。

와타나베도리역에서 걸어서 5분정도 소요됩니다. 번화가는 아니었지만 조용해서 좋았고 레지던스 스타일이라서 간단한 요리가 가능합니다. 욕조가 있어서 하루의 피곤함을 풀기에는 아주 좋았습니다. 다음번에도 방문할 예정입니다.

다 괜찮았고 좋았습니다 저렴하게 갔고요 ㅜㅜ 다만 밖에 소음이 다 들렸고 밤부터 새벽까지 공사하는 것 같은 소리 때문에 3일간 잠을 거의 못잤습니다.. 방음 전혀 안돼요
