"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "Excellent breakfast. Many options. Made to order omelets. Restaurant also excellent. Amazing views. We were upgraded from a “cosy Mona” to a lower floor panorama room. Many windows that opened for a refreshing breeze. You could almost step right into the lake from our balcony. Bluetooth speaker with good sound plus a comfortable bed and lots of room. Staff offered great service plus help with luggage especially down front steps of building. Easy to get to hotel from train station - follow the blue line on the sidewalk."
