Très mauvaise expérience

Nous avons réservé cet appartement et notre séjour a été très décevant. • Manque d’équipements essentiels : À notre arrivée, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. Malgré de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a été livrée au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi n’a été effectué pour le reste des problèmes signalés. • Propreté insuffisante : L’appartement était dans un mauvais état : vitres sales, moquette tachée, machine à café non vidée, vaisselle sale, capsules de bière sur le balcon, épluchures de cacahuètes sur la table basse, et ventilations bouchées avec du scotch sur les fenêtres. • Problèmes techniques ignorés : La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, et aucune intervention n’a eu lieu malgré nos signalements dès le premier jour. Malgré les promesses répétées de l’agence en charge de la location de « faire le nécessaire”, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été apportée et aucun geste commercial. Nous regrettons et déconseillons vivement cette agence.

Localisation top,appart pas propre et à rafraîchir

Appartement très bien situé et plaisant mais la propreté de l’appartement était vraiment négligée. Il mérite un gros rafraîchissement (pas de hotte , moquette très sale) et pas de clé pour le casier à ski
