They were Sam, Wilbert and Billy who were professional, friendly, willingness to help when we were having difficulties to get to High Speed Station from the hotel and finally able to catch a taxi to the airport. Thank you so much, you provided an outstanding customer service. We definitely will stay again on our next visit to Hong Kong. "

"We had a great time! The magic is there! I rated breakfast a 4 only because it's very much a lot of meat, rice, noodles and very terrible if you're allergic to egg! Almost everything has egg in it in the buffet at Dragon Wind. Other than that - such a great stay and loved the free shuttle busses to other hotels and to Disneyland. Pristine grounds and just a lovely place to stay. The bathroom in our room is quite small (well, it's a toilet and shower in a tiny room and the fan didn't seem to work), and the sink is outside of that. Just some improvements to make, but not deal breaker. We would stay again."
