"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...

"Excellent location on the beachfront and the family that own it are very accommodating and friendly. A good variety of breakfast each morning with generous portions. The rooms were cleaned daily and it is definitely worth getting a room with a sea view."

"If you want to see a traditional Albanian home that is now a hotel this is the place to go to. The staff are wonderful! Beautiful outdoor area for relaxing or having a drink. It’s a truly magical place. I’m definitely coming back!!"

"The property and service offered by the owner was excellent and personalised. By far, the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore. "Very nice hotel and really good located - direct access to the sea, bars and restaurants. In addition, they offer parking slots directly in front of the hotel. Very good if you have a (rental) car. Would recommend to book room with sea view - was lovely"
