“My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”

“세탁을 맡긴 것이 호텔의 landary 정책상 표기 되어있던 스케줄을 맞춰서 온 적이 한 번도 없고, 하루씩 늦게 세탁이 도착 하였으며, 결국 그 중에 한번은 세탁물이 도착하지 못하여 체크아웃 시간이 지연, 참석해야 하는 회의에 늦음. 호텔스닷컴으로 다 결제를 하고 갔는데도 로비에서 실수로 추가로 숙박비 결제를 함. 이를 발견하고 환불 요청을 했더니, 24시간이 지나서 신용카드 결제 취소가 안된다며 300불에 달하는 금액을 현지화 현금으로 환불 해 줌. 아침식사 부실하고 호텔내 편의시설 전혀 없음. 매우 불만족.”
