โGood thing
So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful.
I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment.
The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need.
Weakness
There is no elevator for 3rd floor. โ

โThe hoteliers are friendly and the rooms are kept clean. Next time I visit Almaty again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only regret is that I left my baggage at the hotel, but there was no separate storage room, so I kept it next to the front desk. Like other hotels, it would be nice to store luggage in the storage room and give luggage tags to customers to manage them safely. But you don't have to worry about losing your luggage or not.โ
โThe Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as itโs a buffet Iโm sure thereโs plenty there to satisfy everyone. Itโs not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...
