“The room was clean. They left the pool open for an extra 30 minutes for viewing of fireworks. However, our door key had to be recoded at the front desk 12 times in 8 hours. The door from the lobby to the pool would open out but not let us back in. We were told the key reader was broken and that we could walk around the front of the hotel, through the parking lot and re-enter through the lobby. The cover for the pool chairlift was covered in mold and in need of cleaning. There were four tables...

“DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. We left shortly after checking in. The desk attendant said he doesn't know how to do refunds and his manager will do the refund when he got back in office. I called and was refused a refund.”

“We needed a close place to stay and this was just that. There was a little bit of a smell. Not a bad smell. Maybe more like an insence. Air conditioner was great after being outside all day.”

“This property was one of my favorite properties to stay when I am in Alabama, but this visit was one of the worst. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had stains in it, and the trim strip on the wall by the tub was detaching from the wall. The bathroom did not appear clean. I was very disappointed and will probably try another hotel next time. Signed ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER”

“Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.”
