"Because there is really only someone on-site for a few hours a day, it can be a nightmare checking in if they haven't gotten around to setting up your reservation. They depend on a lockbox and giving you an envelope with your key card. They say that you can call a phone number for help but actually that number is only available after about 8 PM or so, which makes it quite difficult to get any help if no one is there.
