The room was fine. It was the television. At first we couldn't get it to move from the hotel screen. After numerous efforts and support from the staff, we were able to change the channels. Well, then the volume on the remote didn't work. Got a new termite, still no volume. Hotel would have refunded me so.e, but since the room was booked by you, what are you going to do to make me a happy customer?

Staff was great. Although the first room they put me in had not been cleaned, the bed had the bed covering just pulled up to the pillows, the trash still had trash in it. I told the front desk and they moved me to another room.

The staff was great but the room smelled bad like dirty socks, the tv would work for awhile then lose picture but had sound turn it off for a bit and picture would come back, in the bathroom toilet paper holders were falling off the wall, wall paper was in bad shape with tears in it and tile in the corners of the floor seemed to either not been cleaned or had some mold on them. The room had no chair except for desk chair. I don’t think this room was worth the money they charged

Hotel was very quiet and a perfect stay in Gainesville. Just down the street from Winstar. Breakfast attendants were very nice as well as all the lobby staff. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean. Friendly staff. Took a little while for hot water to heat up but it did. Television did not work but was fixed in less than 30 minutes. It was the remote, they switched it to a new one. The bathroom vent needs cleaned.
