I stay here quite often in the past few weeks, everyone here has been very polite & helpful. The rooms have always been very clean. I only have 2 problems , they don't have any shampoo or a microwave

The motel is very quiet and our room was spacious and clean. It’s also close to many businesses, restaurants, grocery stores and the Oaks Mall. I was actually very impressed because the motel 6s in Grand Rapids, MI, where I am from, are complete dumps. This one is not which very much surprised me. They even have a CLEAN pool. They are right next to the Marriott so that might raise their bar lol, but I was impressed with it for such an inexpensive stay. Ty! Kendra Shuck

Everything was very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful . The only thing I couldn't understand is why they didn't have any shampoo , they only give you a couple bars of soap. I think they should have 4 pillows instead of 2 , but I'm probably sounding like a spoiled brat ! They should have microwaves in the rooms . The coffee in the main office is very delicious . I definitely would come back

The first room they gave me was infested with fleas. They were on me before I could put my bags down. The front desk lady was very polite and understanding. She offered a refund or another room. I took the room and had no further issues. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have.

Honestly, it’s a Motel 6. The stay is not expensive and the accomodations reflect that. It’s a short ten minute drive to the events I go to, it’s quiet, and feels safe. If this sounds negative, it shouldn’t; I’ve been staying at this place for the past five(?) years and definitely plan on doing so again in the coming year. There’s AC, security locks, a pool, and complimentary coffee. And the front desk staff is great.

Needs a refresh

Hotel needs a refresh. There was paint missing from the walls and doors. The fixtures were rusted. Our shower did not have water. Air was nice and cool. Linens were clean. Tv was good.
