I chose this hotel because my husband had a DR appt nearby & we were then heading out of town. The reviews were good & it was the closest. The good is, the service was excellent. Both evening & morning were friendly & polite. The room was clean & that was a plus.
Unfortuntely, that's about all I can say good. I think the problem was we told them we had a service dog, a real one, & they insisted on putting us in a pet room, which is NOT required with a service dog. I told the girl, but she said she wasn't aware of that & luckily they had a pet friendly room. I didn't want to cause an issue so we just went with it. Unfortunately, that was an error. It's in a separate section & closer to the road. at times we had some very loud base music coming in. We had a very hard time getting the door open, the card worked, but the door didn't want to open. We had to push very hard on it. The room was very sparse. An older couch, tile floor & an uncomfortable bed. On top of that, even tho the place was almost empty, they put someone right next door who was yelling on her phone from about 12:30 am until 4. I finally banged on the wall & it was quiet after that. Breakfast was interesting. It was behind the check in counter & you told her what you wanted. They had an assortment of sweet rolls, muffins & bagels & oatmeal. We had a sweet roll & left. maybe if we'd been in the main building our room would have been much better. The outside by the pool looked very nice.
