Overall this place was nice. Dude at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. I work for the railroad and they gave us a pretty good rate for 8 nights.

The only issue was the pool was being cleaned and was not in use. Very friendly staff, clean room, bed was GREAT! I have back and leg issues, the pillows and bed were very comfortable I slept well! I will stay here again.

Not to shabby! My daughter and I stay here one weekend a month. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s ok. This time it was a pretty decent stay. Thanks yall!

The people are very nice and there are always rooms avail. I love getting the one with the hot tub in the room. The pool is broken down and gross and probably a mosquito pit. The rooms were cleaned but not very good there was pee on the seat when we came in and the floors were so dirty my feet were black.

I loved that I was able to find a smoking room. But at least spray the room or put a plug in air freshener. Turn on the AC unit a little. It just ended a little fresh air before we walked into it other than that it was wonderful

The room was spacious but needs renovation. A/C kept cycling on and off which kept us awake. The staff was nice and professional. The room was not adequately stocked ie. shampoo, soap dispensers empty, needed more towels etc.

After checking in and leaving for a show, the office staff gave a key to our room to another guest. That guest (luckily an honest person), saw our belongings and went back to the office. The guest had an issue shutting our door securely and also reported that to the office, they didn’t go to secure our room back. This could have turned very ugly, my husband is always armed and had we been in the room, would have potentially ended the situation. In return, that guest could have also been armed (we are in Texas after all). And all our belongings gone. We reported to the office staff at checkout. We found all this out only because the guest who mistakenly entered our room was at his car at the same time my husband was loading our car - otherwise we would have never known!

Pleasantly surprised.

I admit I was concered about this reservation but I was actually pleasantly surprised at the room. While you could tell it is an older property, the flooring and some of the furnishings were updated and everything was clean. Except maybe the shower curtain which I reported to management. As well as the fact that the blow dryer didn't work. Otherwise it was a good location and price for our overnight stay.
