"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. "Stayed one night at the hostel. This isn’t a hotel, so if you are searching for quiet and sleek accommodations then stay elsewhere. Teens and college students mostly stay there and run about the property - even at 11pm. The rooms were clean but not fancy at all. It’s ok for one night. The area doesn’t have semi- luxurious accommodations.... I think the price is high for a youth hostel. If there were fancier rooms then I didn’t see them. The place does have a pool and the view of Jordan is nice...

"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....
