“Good place - clean and kind service ”

“The hotel was located in city center and was convenient to see around city and pier. employees are kind and good fitness center as well.”

“Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel.”

“덴마크에서 넘어와서 그런지, 오슬로는 꿈의 도시 였습니다. 물가가 비싸다고 악명높은 도시에서 클라리온 호텔을 만난건 우리여행의 행운이었습니다. 한국의 4성호텔보다 가성비 있는 것 같아요. 덕분에 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 다음에 오슬로에 오면 또 클라리온에 머물고 싶네요.”

“Convenient location with an amazing shawarma restaurant downstairs. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Place was clean and exactly as described. Generally exceeded or met expectations. Easy laundry.”

“위치는 시청이나 중앙역에서 가까워 어디든 걸어 다닐 수 있다. 객실은 작았지만 있을건 다 있다. 선풍기, 다리미까지. 하지만 조식은 종류가 다양하지 않고 자리가 좁아 다니기 힘들었다. 9시부터 10시까지는 사람이 특히 많아 자리가 나기까지 기다렸다.”

“It was a good place to explore Oslo, because of its location. Anyway, This hotel isn't a typical one with a front desk. There was no front desk and no 24-hour staff member, which made us feel a bit embarrassed. We had to communicate with the hotel through an app, which I fiund a bit bothersome.”

“모든 점이 좋았어요. 하지만 불이 너무 어두워서 생활이 불편했어요. ”

“아침식사는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 객실구조가 너무 좋지 않아 다른 객실이 너무 잘 보이는 구조라 프라이버시 문제가 있습니다.”

“Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue.”
