"I believe I choose the right spot. It’s only 6-8 minutes from Newport, RI. Which during the weekends is great because staying in The town of Newport during the summer is very busy and a little congested. The staff at the hotel was nice and informative. Lived my window view of the water, so peaceful! There’s a couple of restaurants around and an awesome ice cream shop. The beach is a few mins walk down the street! I would definitely stay again!"

"This is truly a hidden gem for those visiting for RWU. I found this by chance while looking for a place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. I wish I had found this when she first started. I would have stayed here every time. The staff was super helpful as I arrived and couldn’t check in mostly due to my own fault. I didn’t realize it was contactless and Expedia had my phone number wrong so was unable to contact me to let me know what was required. After a few frantic calls and messages left a representative called me back and was more than accommodating at getting me checked in. Thank you so much! The facility was great. Super clean and much more private than your traditional hotel. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but it looked very inviting. Excellent experience overall and will look into future stays when I’m out that way."

"Upon there were some mistakes with check in - they owned up to the debacle, the staff corrected and made sure our weekend experience at the sea crest resort was memorable. What I would say is that there is a trend on placing your stay with 3rd party guest on And getting the low quality of rooms available Not with this resort but others as well So what deal are you really getting ?"

"Great hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Good for families. Indoor and outdoor pool. Several restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking. This is not in Newport proper but 12-15 minutes away. Highly recommend for families needing a little more space and budget friendly. "

"Less than friendly service at check in. I reserved a room with a “Harbor view” and got an asphalt parking lot view. I requested a change and was told “ 3rd party reservations” are often deceiving. I was told I could cancel with Hotels. Com, loose my $ and rereserve for more $. To get that view. In the meantime they were not full. The room was clean but too small for a couple. No seating for 2, no easy way to work remote for the day, and lacking essential tools like cups, silverware, paper towels etc… Minimal bathroom facilities. We would not return or recommend. In fact we left early!"
