“While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. “We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. ”
