“Erica welcomed us like family. She took our breakfast order for the next morning (multiple choices) upon check in and walked us to our room. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with excellent view. The chef made an excellent breakfast.”
“Lovely small boutique hotel near the quayside with friendly staff and nicely decorated.
Very busy with a coffee shop and restaurant on lower ground. Being one of the oldest buildings in the town it has low ceilings, steep stair cases, beams and wonky floors!
The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free WiFi, bottled water, tv, tea & coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and USB plug points besides the bed are included.

“This is a lovely old fashioned-feeling, quirky hotel with a great atmosphere. It is in a great location in the heart of Totnes.
Our room was spacious and comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and all our meals were tasty with decent portions.
The staff members, without exception, were cheerful, helpful and welcoming.
Parking is tight with there being only a small car park so other parking options may need to be considered before arrival.”
