Beautiful Home with just a few issues

We ended up being faced with Hurricane Beryl and ended up having to leave 2 days early due to no electricity and leaks in the roof. But the property did work with us and did give a partial refund. Only complaint I have is there is no parking. The residents of Galveston park on the street and the property doesn’t have a drive way. So you might be parking a block away. Also bathroom upstairs sticks at the top left corner. So if you have a small child go in there they will get stuck. We learned the hard way. In the rush to leave we left some belongings and I reached out however have yet to receive a call from anyone. The house is beautiful and we loved it. The pool was. Ice and clean, the inside of the house was clean. Overall very happy.

Beautiful historical home.

Overall great stay. You need to bring hand soap, shower gel, shampoo conditioner, coffee toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, anything you need as there is not a small hotel size of anything provided as the website says. Has signs in bathroom to use the provided black makeup towel but again, not there. It says turn dishwasher on before you leave but no detergent to wash? Our last night was miserable as the AC must have been controlled offsite. At midnight it kept resetting to 75. Very hot night for us with no sleep. Overall beautiful home. The outdoor trash cans were overflowing with trash from previous stays but We took the dumpsters out to the street upon leaving. Great place to stay due to the pool and house.
