An issue arrived upon check-in that made me upset enough to cry. There was a big mixup concerning the key code. The owner had to be called. Then the business that takes care of the reservations Had to be called. It was extremely frustrating. It was finally fixed (thank you to reception). My first shower after, driving 10 hours, was cold. They were there shortly to fix issue #2. The remainder of our stay was without further issues, thank goodness.

Nothing bad to say other than one of the elevators was out of order so it caused some challenges coming and going among all of the guests. Loved the place and the beach.
