When searching for a hotel, I specifically looked for one with a pool to enjoy during our stay. Once we check in they tell us it is closed due to renovations. They didn't want to cancel our reservation to look for another hotel with pool access. The dining area was closed as well so we didn't get to have breakfast. I took pictures of how dirty the room was as well, wish I could upload them. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Door handle to room did not work properly, room was not clean, spilled food sill on the nightstand, sheets and bedding looked like they had never been washed or replaced since it’s first opening. Towels were dingy just like the sheets. Hotel was under construction but everything other than the construction areas could have been nicer and clean.

The staff is absolutely the kindest!!! I always stay here when I cruise and had my phone stolen on the cruise ship. When I got back to the hotel the staff assisted me in calling everyone I needed to notify. They were kind and patient with me. Service with a smile!

Rated as 3 star when it was a 1 star. Remodeling mess was left in the room. Tv did not work. AC barely worked. The site should have let us know the property was under renovation. Sloppy clean up in room. Sheet rock powder all over the floor. Glue or putty or something in bathtub. Stains on sheet. I probably will not use this booking site again.

Room service didn’t clean the room for the whole stay I was there. Towels had to be exchanged at the front desk rather than being replenished by house keeping each day.

We didn’t stay in the hotel . They do not have a free parking anymore. We used to stayed there a lot it times. They changed the parking rules and they didn’t notify us. We had to go and find another hotel. And they didn’t credit our money back. They should notify us of that charge. We are very unhappy about this.

Great one night stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was excellent for the price. We were just staying one night and we got it for $45 so I don't think we could beat that. It was under construction at the time we were there but it didn't hinder our ability to enjoy our room. The bathroom was clean the bed was comfortable.

The Front Desk Clerk was rude the room smelled like urine, I never stayed but the owner wanted to charge me for a one day stay. I only walked into the room it smelled horrible, went back to the front desk and left. The Clerk was on her personal phone the entire time.

So far so good. They are in the middle of a remodel, and we were in one of the old room. Our AC was broke. The front desk lady was more than ready to help, and moved us to a newly remodeled room.

Air conditioner didn't work. Filthly dirty.
Air conditioner didn't work in 2 different rooms. Filthy dirty rooms and floors. Was told there was absolutely nothing they could do about our situation. We had to find other accomdations.

Horrible. I requested a room on the quiet side of the hotel which was denied. Employees were rude, incompetent and unprofessional Entire hotel reeks of mold and mildew. Dirty used towels left in bathroom from previous guests. Bed linen with nasty visible stains.I would advise anyone to stay far far away from this roach hotel.

Typical low price hotel, older and a little tired. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue were the towels which were grey. Very grey! All of them. I couldn't do it. Went to Wal-Mart and bought a towel and wash cloth before showering.
