"First of all, the staff is amazing. We came back from a cruise and arrived to the hotel around 9am and they worked diligently to get us into a room. The grounds are beautiful with palm trees, and the beach is a very short walk across the street. But the rooms are not great. There is black mold everywhere. The surfaces in the rooms were wet and I believe it was from the AC unit. Also, do NOT pay extra for a beach view or pool view, we got whatever was available both times that we checked in. The first day we stayed before the cruise, we arrived around 8pm and were giving a grocery store view. The second day I can understand because we just wanted into any room."

"Beach view faced buildings and a vacant parking lot. Side view of beach about 30%. We asked for ocean view at check-in and was told “the room your getting will be fine. You probably won’t stay in your room anyway”. I said we wanted to sit on balcony and enjoy the morning coffee view of ocean and would pay extra but they would not change it for us."
