No toilet paper except for the 1 role in the room .. should have been told to bring our own / San Luis resort is excellent but the private condo a/c worked but sliding glass doors are not sealed and you can feel the air(wind) blowing through ..never was cooled off . The room was not swept and there was actually dust bunnies on the cushion of fold out couch. We had a great time but the convinces were not in the condo …

Great location! Needs some improvement

This location was exactly what we wanted! Amazing view of the beach from the room and super close walking distance to the beach as well. It was also super nice having the washer and dryer in the condo. However, we were disappointed with the room itself pictures must be slightly dated, the property does have quite a bit of wear and tear. The biggest let down was the communication, the company sets you up with a portal with all the instructions but you can tell it’s very generic and not room or location specific. Upon arrival we had a difficult time finding where to park and where our room was. We also couldn’t find where to take the trash. Also be prepared to bring everything (spices, aluminum foil, ceran wrap, strainer, you get the picture). Ryson rentals was great to work with overall, we just wish all the instructions would have been location specific.

Let down by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

The property is nice, well positioned. Door needed attention as it was a little shabby/could do with a lick of paint. However the service from Ryson Vacation Rentals was very poor and lets the property down. We were told to go to the office to collect the keys after 4pm. Arrived after 5. All closed up, no instructions and had to chase around with a general number and international charges to obtain information after a long trip. Result was returning to the office as they had locked the keys in a box outside but simply hadn’t advised of this or the code to access. A very simple task for them to have provided appropriate communication on. Stressful and frustrating start to the break and a terrible impression of Ryson Vacation Rentals.
