The owners and the staff that work here are the absolute sweetest! I arrived early due to an overnight flight, and when I asked if they could store my luggage until check-in time, they let me check-in early! I was so grateful because I was exhausted. The room was clean and conveniently located right across the street from Porretto Beach. The air conditioning was a freak and kept me nice and cool during the humid days. The shower pressure was great! Loved that this property had a fridge and microwave in the unit. It’s an older motel and it could use some upgrades, but it was clean, comfortable, and suitable for my stay. The staff was wonderful here! I felt very welcomed and safe. Would definitely stay here again during a future trip to Galveston.

It's exactly what you expect and a good price for the area. Room stay nice and cold with the air conditioner. The balcony on the Upper Floor was really nice to have. Not much to it very simplistic and the front desk staff was great

Value for the price

It has so much potential to be great! The hotel was very fun down, But it’s the value for the price. Staff was friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping!

Place is a little run down but nice location. Access to the beach across the road was the best part of the trip. Staff could barely speak English and had to call a translator to finish our stay. They were very nice people and the rooms were nice, just a little dirty.

The price was great. If you’re looking for fancy it is not for you. If you’re looking for clean awesome location that won’t break the bank check it out. We plan to stay there on our next trip back.
