"This hotel was very nice and clean. The full kitchen was an additional nice bonus. However, they did not have AC and the rooms were very hot as it was nearly 80 degrees outside. We had to keep the windows open all night and were woken up by sirens, car alarms, crying babies etc. This hotel is very small and the parking is tiny as well. Overall good but not worth what we paid in my opinion. "

"If you're looking for an inexpensive, but clean and safe option, this is the perfect choice. I was lucky enough to get a room on the top floor -- and it had a HUGE balcony with amazing views (every room has a balcony... just a tad smaller). Surprisingly, my room had THREE beds, so there were plenty of options for sleeping. It had a small "kitchen" with microwave, fridge, sink and a few dishes/cutlery, plus a dining table that could seat 4 easily. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure excellent (and hot!). It was walking distance (downhill) to Stanley Park, and slightly uphill to many of the shopping options. Lots of wonderful cafes close by for a chocolate croissant and morning latte -- plus plenty of dinner dining options within a few blocks. I'd definitely stay here again. It's nothing fancy, but is definitely worth the $$."

"The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff members are friendly and courteous to your needs. However, house keeping services were inefficient as I came to my room unattended and not cleaned in the afternoon although the house keepers were behind schedule in cleaning the rooms, management could work on improving the efficiency. Breakfast was average, mostly ready made cold foods devoid of protein sources with no eggs which should be a staple item in every complimentary breakfast buffets. Internet is not reliable as it remains down for most of the time. "

" No grab bars in the bathroom for people with disabilities. My husband couldn't take a shower. This is an issue we encounter often in hotels. "

"Very old furniture, appartment was supposed to have a Queen bed but had only a double bed that was very soft. Needs to be renovated badly with new furniture. Walls need repainting/repairing. The toilet didn't flushe half the time. "
