“Very nice quiet comfortable large room with a kitchenette, Large bathroom with handicap bar to assist in getting in and out. Coffee was served on a clean station mornings. The manager, maintanence fellow and both desk clerks I interacted with all showed professionalism, kindness, and hospitality the week I spent there. Will stay again.”

Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. “This hotel is under construction. They said WiFi only cover the first floor - so no wifi in most of the rooms. As a result of this, you can only watch basic cable in your room. Only decaf coffee was offered in the room, our soap containers in the bathroom were empty, only enough towels for one person, and a sad breakfast offering.”

“Location is good if you’re going to the track - staff was friendly and there is a shuttle that runs back and forth to the Speedway. The property needs an overhaul, but it worked for what we needed. ”

“Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

“Good evening, it was very sad from the moment we arrived. - The attendant didn't want to give us two rooms, and with great difficulty she found the reservation. One of the rooms had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep because we were scared, as they were small cockroaches scattered everywhere. The breakfast had nothing, which I agree, for a low price I couldn't expect much. Marijuana everywhere, an unbearable smell.”

“This place isn’t super modern, but it was perfect for a little Rockville trip. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again.”

“Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty”

“BED BUGS. Do not stay here. Woke up with bite welts covering both arms. Found and photographed two insects on the sheets as well as blood stains on the lamp shade and cigarette burns in the sheets. I requested a refund through Expedia the property claimed no record of complaints despite my photos. Expedia offered $25 compensation for a $147 stay. Avoid this property.”
